Warm up and Circuit exercises!

 Hi Chief Taylor Students!

Today we are going to do a warm up routine followed by a Circuit Workout.  At the end of the work out make sure your cool down by walking around and stretching the muscles you used in the workout.  You can use some of the warm up exercises in your cool down!


Here is the warm- up!


Now we are going to do a short Circuit workout. In a circuit workout we do exercises then have a small rest then do another exercise, rest etc.  Then we do the same exercises over again these are the sets/rounds.  In this circuit you will be doing two rounds of 5 different exercises.  Exercising for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest.
