Let's learn to juggle

Juggling

Challenge for Nov. 30 to Dec. 4

Hi Chief Taylor students. Today we are going to try something new...Juggling

What can I use for juggling balls?

Something that is the same size and weight is best.  Also you should be able to hold two in one hand easily. You will need 2 or 3 juggling balls.

I have used rocks, sock balls (roll a sock into a ball), tennis balls, golf balls, bean bags, a balloon filled with rice or sand, hacky sacks, and real juggling balls.  What can you find to practice with? Note: tennis and golf balls will bounce and roll away, practice over a couch or bed if possible to solve that problem.

Juggling takes practice! No body can juggle after their first try. I would like you to practice at least 10 to 15 minutes everyday until you can juggle. Then you can practice as much as you like and even try new juggling tricks. You should pause the video and practice after each step.

Another way to juggle is to just use 2 juggling balls.  You may find it easier to start with only 2 balls and one hand.  Make sure if you are juggling this way you practice with both your left and right hands.
