First off shovel off your porch and entrance sidewalk. </p><p>OPTION 1: I have skates and somewhere to skate. Clear a nice area to skate and practice your skating. If you have a stick and puck work on your stickhandling skills. If you have family members or a few friends have a pick up hockey game for fun.</p><p>OPTION 2: No skates and nowhere to skate but have a hockey stick and a puck of some sort. Practice your stick handling skills in the back yard or on a quiet street. You may have to clear yourself a bit of a rink/ play area. Find a couple of friends and play a pick up hockey game for fun.</p><p>OPTION 3: No skates, stick or puck. Be a good neighbor and shovel your neighbors porch and sidewalk. Build a snow fort, or snow sculpture in your yard. The snow sculpture can be anything from an animal, a shape or even a snowman. Once you have had 3 tries your turn is over, if all the pins get knocked down before you have had all 3 tries set them up again and keep counting your score! Now you should calculate your score and record it. You can play against yourself or someone else that lives at your house. A whole game consists of 10 frames (10 turns). If you don't want to keep score for a whole game you can pretend a new game starts after each person has had 3 tries in a row. At the end of the 10 frames total up the points from all 10 boxes. Play a game of tag with one or more people in your family. You are IT to start. Play for about 5 minutes. Then, Do 3 burpees.</p><p>OR</p><p>B. Run around the outside of your house 10 times. First person bear walks to the first object then runs back. The second person then has their turn. If you want to get more of a workout, start your bear walk as soon as your partner gets up. If no partner no worries take a small break in between your turns if needed. Each person should go over and under 3 times then switch with the other person, so they can have their turn.
